These companies provide a wide assortment of services and products, which means that they require skilled and semi-skilled laborers to adequately serve their purposes and continue their efficient operation. While they are individual entities, all the companies share certain characteristics in order to make them as unified as possible:
The most important role of Bv. Holding Ltd. is to supply law enforcement professionals with uniforms, reasons for which a new shop was opened at the central site of the commercial company. These officials can order various articles via a webshop dedicated to the use by the members of Hungary’s law enforcement agencies. In light of the fact that the employment of inmates and the self sustaining prison system is not only a long-term goal, but a constantly observable expectation, the role of the prison service commercial companies has grown significantly in the past. The conglomerate – with the chief authority of Bv Holding Ltd. – was established to ensure the adequate fulfillment of these responsibilities.
The range of products manufactured and offered by the companies is diverse, including the following: printing industry products, manufacturing stationary, shredding documents, producing domestic hygiene paper products and cleaning products, textiles, clothes (work, protection and uniform), medical textiles, shoes, leather products, office furniture. They also perform agricultural services, such as harvesting crops, making dairy products, meat and other food articles, and they also provide timber products and cleaning services to the contractors.
